A running account of reported fatalities on Colorado's fourteen-thousand-foot peaks — falls, rockfall, avalanche, exposure — logged by summit the way a party logs a register at the trailhead.

Entries with a climber's name and a written account are drawn from the historical record. The rest report the mountain directly from an aggregate 2010–2017 count; their year, cause, sex, and age band are distributed to match that count's published totals — not individually case-linked — pending further documentation.
